#joya Divination丨Poker Card Divination Prediction Tutorial #2: Diamond Card Deck

Today we are going to look at each of the cards and what they mean in the interpretation. I’ll tell you a few key words and then elaborate on potential interpretations of these cards. Most of my systems come from years of practicing divination and playing games with playing cards. I have found that, in some cases, my personal work with a particular card has shown me a different meaning than what I originally understood. When it comes to these divination methods, practice makes perfect.
Meaning of the Diamond deck
The Diamond deck usually means money, wealth, luck and happiness. They can also be related to messages or news or social interactions.
Ace of Diamonds – a letter, a coin. The Ace of Diamonds indicates that some new money or new information has entered the questioner’s life. This can also be related to a sudden turn of luck: if there are spades in front and behind, it can mean bad luck. Additionally, due to the solitary nature of the numbers, it can also mean being very careful with your news, luck or money: try to keep it as secret as possible.
Diamond 2: Bird (such as “A little bird told me”), exchange of funds. This card is about sharing, whether it’s news or gossip (like the birds), or sharing your luck or fortune with others. It can indicate some kind of partnership, but usually not commercial but financial. For example, if it is paired with a card related to a friend or lover, you may soon move in with that person (since you will be financially tied to them).
Three of Diamonds: Gift, a fountain. The 3 of Diamonds represents generosity: sometimes even begrudging generosity. The person who draws this card may “throw away his/her money” like a person throwing coins into a fountain. This may seem like a sign of irresponsibility, but it can also be simply accepting a gift, or an expansion of wealth, which makes the person generous.
Four of Diamonds: Purse/money bag, no news. In the case of the 4 of Diamonds, the reader needs to figure out whether the interpretation is about money or information, as it slightly changes the meaning of the card. If it’s a financial issue, these four numbers indicate stable monetary conditions, but also no chance of growth: like a closed wallet that neither takes in nor spends money. In the case of information, this card indicates a dreary waiting period, possibly a long one. This may mean “no news is good news,” or that the client must wait on tenterhooks for his/her situation to be appropriately resolved.
Five of Diamonds: Good luck, laughter. This card shows the themes of being surrounded by friends, wealth, and happiness. It’s not the all-encompassing joy found in other cards like 10 of Diamonds, but it’s still a positive overall. However, depending on the context, it can also mean something like “the last laugh” and have a slightly more sinister connotation.
Six of Diamonds: Golden Street, good decision. Not the yellow brick road, but the idea is the same. The client is on the right path and just needs to keep doing what he/she is doing and success will come. Paired with a card like an ace, this card may mean that recent decisions have been good, paired with a king or queen, the client may get very good advice from someone.
Seven of Diamonds: Lies, deception and falsehood. The 7 of Diamonds indicates that the questioner has been deceived by someone. This lie may or may not be about money, but it is almost always about happiness. Perhaps the questioner is happy to be deceived, and a little white lie makes him/her feel comfortable: this is certainly the case if there are diamonds, clubs, or jacks of hearts nearby. More often than not, however, lies herald trouble to come.
Eight of Diamonds: Gossip, boring chat. Like the 2 of Diamonds, this card implies the exchange of information, although it is usually information of little value. It can also mean talking about money, getting good news about someone’s wealth or finances, or someone’s innate wisdom. Paired with a word like the 2 of Spades, it could mean “blushing can sink ships” and people should remain silent for the time being.
Nine of Diamonds: Daydreaming, peace and contentment. Think of this card as a leisurely day in the sun with nothing to do. This is a relatively lazy card, but one that doesn’t have any real negatives. It’s a well-earned break, a chance to plan for the future, and a time to stop and smell the flowers. However, be careful if it is paired with any 4, as it may mean that all one’s plans are just daydreams destined to disappear like clouds in the afternoon sky. Or something like that.
Ten of Diamonds: Treasure Chest, Sunshine, Joy. With the 10 of Diamonds, the client can expect great happiness. In the context of other good luck cards, this could mean an unexpected windfall or a sudden improvement in circumstances. The 10 of Diamonds leaves no room for sadness or pain and often indicates the realization of financial goals and personal dreams. Of course, as Willie Wong said, “You know what happened to that boy who suddenly got everything he wanted?” Oh, wait, he lived happily ever after…
Jack of Diamonds: Good news, a girl. This card shows a young boy (or possibly a young girl, so the card has another meaning). These cards were once called rogues, rather than jack soldiers, similar to knight’s squire. In the context of card reading, this Jack means that some good news is coming. Or a beautiful girl is coming. This could also be good news, depending on your perspective.
Queen of Diamonds: Wife, Wedding, Sexy. This queen is full of responsibility and honor. She may be a mother or wife in the questioner’s life, bringing joy and happiness, or providing wise financial advice. More likely, however, is that she represents a person who must complete a task, or a woman with strong sexual attractions. Additionally, she may also refer to a wedding (thus involving a large expense and a grand celebration), and in some cases, a large party (for example, when she appears with a “friend” card, such as the Queen of Clubs or the Jack).
The King of Diamonds: Banks, Civil Judgments, Wisdom and Money. The King of Diamonds means gaining power through money or wealth. If this card appears with multiple spades, the client may face some financial challenges (either an actual court dispute or a symbolic one). And if it appears with the Clubs or Diamonds card, it could mean money being invested wisely, or that there is a person in the questioner’s life who can provide excellent advice about luck and wealth.
