New Moon Fire Meditation
The new moon means the beginning of a new month.
During the period from the new moon to the full moon, witches can do some rituals to attract new things, increase wealth, attract love, get back together, increase passion, assist in pregnancy, etc.

Time: New moon night, do it in the dark
Materials: One candle, preferably red. The element of fire both burns away negative thoughts or substances while also attracting attention, intensity and power.
Steps: Sit in a dark room and light a candle for light. Sit with your spine straight and slow your breathing. As you gaze into the flame of the candle, let your slow, deep breaths begin to heat you, building the fire within you. Extend the breath and heat until your entire body feels warm. Between each step, take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to absorb the experience.
Start at your Muladhara chakra, the base of your pelvis, and imagine the flame of a candle burning there. As it burns, it attracts other sparks like moths or fireflies, growing in intensity. Each spark can represent something you want to bring into your sense of roots: Belonging, community, safety, home, abundance. When you feel enough, move to the second chakra: Manipura.
Bring the vision of the candle flame into the center of your pelvis. Make it brighter and attract sparks of light to nourish it. These sparks can represent what you want to bring into the second chakra: Passion, creativity, desire, drive, desire. Let your imagination of these fuel the fire until it feels full.
Move the flame to your solar plexus. Breathing as the heat there increases, attracting small spots of light. What do you want to nourish your third chakra? Is it sovereignty, expression, direction, focus, or pride? Continue until you feel you have enough.
Then let the fire fill your heart chakra. Let the spark of your desire fill and ignite the fire in your heart: Compassion, grace, right relationships, acceptance, forgiveness, freedom from judgment. After you feel energetic enough come to the next chakra: the throat chakra.
Let the fire fill your throat. Here (or anywhere else) you may feel that the burning energy is being cleared before it begins to feed this energy center. Begin to sow the fire of your desire for expression: Clear, fearless truth, compassion, voice, loving expression.
Then focus the flame on your forehead. Let these lights help you light your fire: Attract and grow without assumptions Vision, focus, ability to witness, respect for all creation, clarity.
Then light a fire above your head. Let it be a blazing fire, nourished by the spark of your desire for sacred relationship: Out-of-body, union with truth, enlightenment. Breathe the energy of this fire in through the front of your body to rekindle other fires. Allow your breath to rise up your spine, nourishing and growing them.
Lastly, grounding involves placing your hands on the ground and thanking Spirit for your ability to expand and experience energy. Open your eyes. You may be thirsty. Drink more hot water.
