Do you believe you can grow a “new” body?

Dr. Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D., is the author of more than ten best-selling books including “Inca Energy Therapy”, “Inca Soul Restoration Therapy”, “Wisdom Insights of Inca Shamans”, “The Inca Dream”, “When Shamans Meet Neuroscience”, “Dance of the Four Winds”, “Island of the Sun”, “Great Spiritual Medicine”, etc., and the original “Mystical Shaman” “Oracle Card”, Ph.D. in psychology and medical anthropology, once founded a biological laboratory at San Francisco State University to study how psychology causes psychosomatic disorders and health problems. He studied witchcraft healing techniques with local shamans in the Amazon and Andes for more than twenty-five years, and compiled the traditional healing techniques of the Incas.
*You can grow a new body. You know you can. *
Ten fingers, ten toes, all your delicate and beautiful body are grown from an egg and a sperm according to careful instructions. And to grow a new body, all you have to do is break into the code-protected areas of your DNA and unlock those same codes, and Abeto Velodo knew it was possible because he did it. Because Abeto Velodo had no choice.
2012年事件发生时,他一切顺利。 Professionally at the top of his game, he is a best-selling author of 12 books, a medical anthropologist with a PhD in psychology, and a teacher and healer with a global following. The “Association of the Four Winds” he founded grew exponentially: more than 5,000 students were trained on his Inca Medicine Wheel or traveled with him to the Amazon and the Andes.这些只是公众所能看到的成就。 Deep inside his heart were many inner gifts he had received on his journey, including the most precious gift of all - a loving and energetic companion who walked alongside him. Just when he thought life couldn’t get better, his steps stopped. Suddenly, he’s thrust into a life-or-death struggle that uses everything he’s learned in 30 years of studying with the world’s most gifted healers.
He is trained in neuroscience, but he is also a shaman who has studied indigenous healing methods in the jungles and mountains of South America. The shamanic path is not for everyone. The training was rigorous and demanding, and his long stay in the jungle took its toll. While he was in Mexico as a keynote speaker at a conference on science and consciousness, he discovered, without warning, that he couldn’t walk 100 feet without collapsing from exhaustion. Friends blamed it on his crazy travel schedule, but he knew something was seriously wrong.
A few days before the trip, he went in for a head-to-toe checkup, a full battery of tests by medical experts in Miami. He got his test results back in Mexico; the news wasn’t good. Apparently, during his years working as a researcher in Indonesia, Africa and South America, he contracted a long list of microorganisms, including five different hepatitis viruses, three or four deadly parasites and a host of virulent bacteria. Doctors said, His heart and liver were on the verge of failure, and his brain was full of parasites.
After the conference, his wife Marcela will travel to the Amazon to lead an expedition for their “Society of the Four Winds.” He stood in the terminal of Cancun Airport, staring at his choices: Gate 15 was the flight to Miami, where he would be taken to a top medical center; Gate 14 was the flight to the Amazon. One was modern medicine, the other was ancient heritage. For modern people, it was not a difficult choice. All test results showed that he was critically ill. Miami was the logical choice. He boarded the plane and slowly sat in his seat. Just as the flight attendant handed him a wet towel, a primitive instinct made him sit up straight and muster the courage to put his future in his own place. He chose to go to Amazon. His diary entry from that night states: He knew he had to go to the jungle. Otherwise, he would be looking for his medicine in the wrong places. Now, together with the woman he loves, he returns to the garden where he first found his spiritual path.
In the Amazon, the shamans welcomed him warmly. These men and women were friends who had known him for decades. Who knows him better than Mother Earth? She accepted him like a mother. As he pressed his body against hers he felt her speaking to him “Welcome home, his child.”
That night, the local shaman held a ceremony, and Abeto Velodo was too weak to participate, so he stayed in a hut by the river. Marcela went to attend the ceremony for both of them. He heard the shaman whistling, and as he fell into a light meditation, the song that lingered in his ears floated across the water to his ears.
Marcela returned a few hours later, smiling. That night Mother Earth said to her: “He makes everything on earth grow. He is going to give Abeto a new liver. He knows how to heal everything else”. The next day, Abeto wrote in his diary: After morning exercises, an elf appeared in front of him in broad daylight. She came out of the river and he saw her as if in a dream - she touched his chest and told him that he was Pachamama’s child and that she would take care of him because his work on earth was not yet complete.
Returning to the Amazon was the beginning of his recovery. But there’s a lot of work to be done first. He was seriously ill. He must hack his biology and turn on the genes that create health, helping him grow a new brain, a new heart and a new liver. He had to remind himself that there were no guarantees, Alberto. There was a difference between healing and recovery. You may not recover, you may die. But no matter what happens, your soul will be healed.
His body is a road map to the jungles and mountains where he worked as an anthropologist, picking up the deadly critters that lived in his body. The jungle is a living biological laboratory, and if you stay there long enough, you become part of the experiment. He knew several anthropologists who had died from parasites in his body. In fact, the Amazon’s pristine rainforest is free of most diseases, but to get there you have to pass through a squalid outpost of Western civilization. The Indians knew better than to soil their dens and drinking water. Meanwhile, white people surround themselves in a sea of garbage and sewage.
The medicine he received from wizards while in the Amazon was powerful, but he had to supplement it with Western science. Doctors put him on a deworming drug - the same one he gave to his dogs - and antibiotics to kill other parasites. His brain was burning with inflammatory factors from the drugs and the dead parasites. He had to detoxify his brain to avoid going completely insane. Taking these drugs can cause a range of brain problems, including amnesia, but he found that people in the Amazon had no dementia, no cancer, and no heart disease. The diet of these rainforest dwellers is primarily plant-based, with occasional fish and game. They know which plants turn on their repair and regeneration genes, allowing them to live longer and healthier lives.
He called his friend. To strengthen his brain. Together they developed a strategy that used powerful antioxidants and extreme ketosis (the body’s use of fat instead of sugar for fuel) to stimulate the production of neural stem cells and repair his brain. Over the next three months, he began to understand how unhealed emotions created illness, and he had to heal his anger and fear in order to return to health. “Energy moved, flowed, met obstacles, and flowed again. Energy moved, flowed, met obstacles, and flowed again.”

Food Therapy

This article mainly introduces food therapy:
This diet plan is based on four principles:
Change your diet to a plant-based diet with occasional fish and eggs (no more than once a week). Limit saturated fat (from meat and cheese)
Resist sugar or anything that is converted into sugar in the intestines, such as processed grains, (joya’s note: refer to low GI). Eat more fruit, but only in the afternoon!
The 16+8 diet means eating only within 8 hours. This means skipping breakfast or dinner like he does. Don’t eat anything within three hours before going to bed. If possible, go to bed before 11pm.
Abeto Villodo’s 16+8 diet is to eat healthily within 8 hours, rather than eating fried chicken, burgers, fries, pizza and other foods within 8 hours.
Supplement vitamin B complex, vitamin D3, DHA, and daily multivitamin and mineral formula.
Laughter; forgive easily.

Change the way you eat

Avoid sugar and limit animal protein, and fuel your brain with fat instead of sugar so it doesn’t get hijacked by primal survival instincts.
Turn your kitchen into a laboratory where you can cultivate potent probiotics and boost your gut biome. You’ll grow a friendly yeast called Saccharomyces boulardii that will expel harmful Candida (Candida albicans) from your gastrointestinal tract
Consider eating within eight hours, a form of intermittent fasting (IF). The benefits are manifold: You retrain your brain to use fat as an energy source and protect it by reducing inflammation and triggering the production of stem cells. If you can increase your metabolism, lower your insulin resistance. Support your liver with foods rich in zinc, B vitamins, magnesium, and glutathione to help it eliminate toxins. Get all your nutrients from plants and most of your energy from healthy fats.
Enjoy a variety of delicious superfoods to start repairing years of wear and tear on your brain and body.
Note: If you have diabetes, anemia, or hypoglycemia, you must avoid fasting or caloric restriction until your blood sugar and insulin levels have normalized. Get your doctor’s approval before starting an intermittent fasting regimen.

anti-sugar

To grow a new body, you need to eat fresh food, not packaged food. Check your refrigerator, freezer and pantry now. If you notice any of the following, throw them in the trash:
Candies, sweet drinks, cookies, cakes, muffins. All of this must be cancelled. If you prefer sweet drinks, switch to drinking water or herbal teas. You can drink coffee, but without sugar or milk.
Dried fruits. Dehydrated fruit concentrates so much fructose in one serving that you may end up eating many more dried apricots than fresh ones.
Bagels, rolls, bread, crackers, pasta, pizza or pie crust, and low-fiber cereals. All of these have a high glycemic index. High-fiber cereals, such as steel-cut or old-fashioned oatmeal, are both good.
Concentrated natural sugar. Honey, stevia, and pure maple syrup are healthier than many sugars, but put them in the back of the cupboard when switching to a “grow a new body” diet. Even small amounts of these sugars in the morning can halt your body’s repair and regeneration. After you break your sugar habit, it’s okay to have a little honey or other natural sugar now and then. Think of sugar as a recreational drug!
Fruits with low fiber content. You can look up the GI index of any food online. If the GI index is over 50, don’t eat until you’ve been enjoying the “grow a new body” method for a while. For example, papaya, pineapple, watermelon and banana have high GI. For now, prefer fresh or frozen wild berries as your fruit. They contain lots of fiber and phytonutrients that can eliminate your senescent cells, lower glucose and cholesterol, and more.
Fake sugar. Your brain may know that aspartame and saccharin are not real sugars, but your body will react as if they are. These are fake foods and should be eliminated from your diet forever.
Packaged foods, which contain hidden sugar. Read the labels on any packaged foods, including salad dressings, to see if they have sugar. They almost all do, so throw them away. You’ll make your own fresh salad dressing with herbs, healthy oils, and vinegar.
Anything your great-grandmother wouldn’t recognize. Food loses flavor and fiber during processing. Sugar, salt, artificial flavors, artificial colors and preservatives are added to compensate for lost flavor and preserve shelf life.

Ditch the starches, even if they are plant-based

Starch is one of three carbohydrates; the other two are sugar and fiber. Sugar is a simple carbohydrate found in fruits and should be eaten only after noon so that you do not shut down the body’s regenerative processes. Starch and fiber are complex carbohydrates that take a long time to break down in the body. Refined grains like flour and white bread are converted into sugar as soon as they are eaten. They raise your blood sugar as quickly as a spoonful of sugar.
The fiber we eat is digested in the colon by billions of bacteria, which first convert it into food for themselves and then make vitamins and nutrients to feed us. Fiber increases the number of good bacteria, strengthens your intestinal lining, and eliminates harmful parasites.
In order to grow a “new” body, you’ll want to eliminate foods high in simple carbs and low in fiber, starting with juices! It’s great to eat fruits that are rich in fiber. An orange will nourish you, and orange juice in the morning (or anytime) will stimulate your insulin secretion and stop regeneration.
You need to give up all of the following starchy foods, even if they come from plants:
Cornmeal. It contains more fiber than most flours, but cornmeal is a high GI starch.
White potatoes. Russet and Idaho potatoes are more starchy than minnows or small red potatoes, but potatoes in general are starchy; they have a higher GI index than a spoonful of white wine.
Processed sugar! Sweet potatoes have a low glycemic index, so this is a new way to eat.
White rice. Again, this simple carbohydrate has a high GI. Instead, you can eat small amounts of brown rice, a whole grain that contains the three parts of the grain—germ, bran, and endosperm. Brown rice has a lower glycemic index than white rice.
Any type of flour. And I’m not just talking about wheat flour. Even almond flour or coconut flour are problematic and only used occasionally. Refined flours, such as white potatoes and white rice, can raise your blood sugar.

Give up foods that activate your appetite

Foods rich in BCAAs, but you’ll have plenty of delicious and healthy protein sources to replace them:
Beans. Lentils, chickpeas, black beans, white beans and kidney beans provide protein and lots of fiber, as well as good complex carbohydrates.
Nuts and seeds. A healthy source of protein and good fats, nuts and seeds can be eaten whole or chopped and sprinkled on salads or vegetables. You can also make your own cashew and almond butter by throwing them in a blender. Nuts and seeds contain nutrients you may not get in your daily diet. For example, cashews provide three important minerals: zinc, iron, and magnesium. A few Brazil nuts contain a day’s worth of selenium, which plays a vital role in DNA synthesis, thyroid hormone metabolism, and more. Pecans can help you avoid plaque buildup in your arteries. Macadamia nuts are rich in copper, manganese, vitamin E and vitamin B1. Walnuts, hazelnuts and pistachios are also packed with nutrients and healthy fats. However, I do not recommend eating peanuts. Many people are allergic or sensitive to them, and you may become allergic to them later in life. Peanuts are actually legumes, not nuts.
Seeds that provide healthy protein and fat include sunflower seeds, which are a good source of vitamin E and selenium, and pumpkin seeds, which are not only rich in many nutrients (including lignans, a cholesterol-lowering antioxidant) but have been shown to induce the death of prostate and breast cancer cells.
- Buy organic, fresh nuts and seeds rather than roasted ones, and store them in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them fresh and mold-free.

Ditch the bad fats and introduce healthy fats

Contrary to what you may have heard, eating fat does not make you fat. Eating sugar that is converted into fat is the problem. You need healthy fats in your diet. In fact, your brain is mostly made of fat, which is why breast milk is rich in healthy omega-3 fats: they are essential for developing a healthy brain when we are babies.
We store energy in the form of fat to fuel our brains and regenerate our bodies. The key is to eat high-quality fats and avoid bad fats. Unhealthy choices include hydrogenated fats, refined vegetable oils (canola, corn, etc.) and most animal fats.
The more healthy fats you eat, the more likely you are to go into ketosis, a condition in which your brain burns fat instead of sugar for fuel. The goal is not just to burn the fat you get from your diet, but to start burning your own endogenous fat. Although you only get about 2,000 calories of energy from sugar stored in your body, you have nearly 50,000 calories of energy stored as fat, even if you are relatively slim! Burning fat not only allows you to lose weight, but it also eliminates toxins from fat stores. So when you eat healthy fats, you want them to be a plant-based part of a new way of eating.
Healthy fats include:
Extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
Coconut and coconut oil and MCT (medium chain triglyceride oil)
Avocado and avocado oil
Organic, raw nuts and seeds and their oils, such as walnut oil, sesame oil, flaxseed oil
raw cocoa butter
Dark, bittersweet organic chocolate
Fish, especially deep-sea fish

Probiotics

Fermented foods such as kimchi and sauerkraut are excellent sources of probiotics. (joya’s note: But Abeto wrote the origin of kimchi as South Korea, and sauerkraut as Germany😓)
S. boulardii is a yeast first isolated from lychees and mangosteens in 1923 by French microbiologist Henri Bullard. He observed locals chewing the skins of these fruits to avoid the severe diarrhea that accompanies malaria.
Saccharomyces boulardii will help you achieve a healthy balance of gut microbes. Chances are your gut is filled with Candida albicans. Candida is a type of yeast, and when you take antibiotics or eat animal meat, candida overgrowth is like having a motorcycle gang take over your gut. They won’t give up their free room and board in your gut just because of some promising new probiotic found in the health food store or in fermented foods
Saccharomyces boulardii clears the way for all the beneficial probiotics you’re eating now. Be forewarned, however: You need to get serious about cutting out sugar so you’re not feeding Candida, and so you don’t experience uncomfortable cramping, gas, and bloating while using S. boulardii. Also, do not use S. boulardii if you are immunocompromised or have Crohn’s disease. (In this case, you’re going to have to take the slow approach to getting rid of your Candida: cut out sugar, eat fermented foods, and talk to your doctor about how to best support your health.)

The above is the central idea of the “grow a new body” eating method. Note that Abeto is against beef~~~, which is very different from our normal fitness recipes. And he does not recommend milk, but plant milks such as almond milk and coconut milk.

Superfoods and SuperSupplements

1.Nrf2 activator
Nrf2 protects every organ and tissue in the body from diseases such as cancer, heart disease, dementia and autoimmune diseases. It is one of the most important cellular defense systems designed to eliminate free radicals and oxidative stress produced by toxins and carcinogens. (A free radical is a molecule that has lost an electron, making it unstable. It will try to steal an electron from another molecule). When Dr. David-Perlmutter and Abeto looked at some of the plants used by the Amazons, we found that many of them were Nrf2 activators. The Nrf2 protein is normally associated with cell membranes until it is activated by stress, caloric restriction or certain plants, including garlic, broccoli, turmeric and other superfoods. Freshly released from the cell membrane, the Nrf2 protein enters the cell nucleus and goes to work, initiating the production of antioxidants, detoxifiers, and anti-inflammatory agents.
Nrf2 plants: Cruciferous vegetables: Chinese cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale (both Collard greens and Kale are translated as kale. I am not an expert and have never eaten it. I don’t know the difference. You can check it yourself), Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and mustard greens.
Turmeric, nuts and seeds, avocado, berries: blueberries, goji berries
- Fermented foods
Fermentation is an ancient method of preparing food, dating back to at least 8000 BC. Fermented foods were available around the world before B.C. Fermentation is based on cultivating friendly bacteria and produces everything from wine, beer, and cider to bread, cheese, and vinegar. Fermented foods provide essential enzymes and probiotics that repair the gut and help eliminate toxins, including heavy metals, from the body. Abeto’s favorite fermented foods are kimchi, sauerkraut and miso soup.
Prebiotics and probiotics: Abeto recommends ProAlive probiotics from ascendedhealth (I checked, there is no purchasing agent) and Omni-Biotic from Germany (there is purchasing agent, you can buy it from a certain store)

Daily Diet

in principle
Fast for 18 hours a day, do not eat sugar or any food that is converted into sugar in the intestines, and avoid eating after 6 pm. The diet is mainly plant-based food, which is rich in nutrients and low in calories.
Eat when you’re hungry – eat small, frequent meals and eat plenty of good fats (omega-3 fats, olive oil, nuts, avocados). Avoid sugar and any food that is converted into sugar (simple carbohydrates) in the body.
Reduce protein intake to less than 28 grams, based on plant proteins and no animal protein or dairy.
What to do
1.Drink 8 to 10 glasses of filtered water every day.
Try to have bowel movements once or twice a day. Supplement with two tablespoons of flaxseed, probiotics, or up to 1,000 mg of magnesium citrate if necessary. Work up a sweat at least three times a week, using a sauna or steam room.
Eat colors. Choose a rainbow of phytonutrient-rich vegetables. Choose organic foods whenever possible.
Do not eat meat and other animal foods.
Foods to include
Raw vegetables: salad with avocado and olives
Nuts (almonds, macadamia nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc., but not including peanuts) Nut butter (almonds, cashews)
Healthy oils (coconut oil, olive oil, cold-pressed nut oils) Spices and herbs including ginger, turmeric, cilantro, onions and garlic
Herbal tea (caffeine-free)
*If you are dining out, order grilled or steamed vegetables.
Foods to avoid
Dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, ghee, red meat
Gluten (barley, rye, oats and other foods containing gluten, corn, soybeans, peanuts
Solanaceous vegetables (tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, potatoes)
Sugar (sugar, honey, maple syrup, corn syrup)
Products containing yeast or made with yeast (wine, vinegar, bread)
Daily sop
When you wake up: drink a glass of about 400ML of purified water and add half a lemon. This will help make your body’s pH, or body’s acid-base balance, more alkaline. An alkaline gut is the perfect environment for gut flora to thrive, but also an uncomfortable environment for harmful bacteria and viruses. The typical Western diet contains too many acid-producing foods, leading to reduced bone density, among other consequences.
You can have green tea or black tea and put homemade almond milk in it if you like.
Next, eat a tablespoon of homemade S. boulardii to compete with the candida in your gut and reduce its numbers.
When you find yourself feeling hungry, it’s the not-so-good yeast that craves food (sugar) and releases chemical compounds that trigger the hunger centers in the brain so they can eat. 1. S. boulardii must be taken on an empty stomach. Otherwise, it will feast on sugar in your gut instead of doing the important job of replacing the candida. Remember, you want this probiotic to push your Candida through your gastrointestinal tract and out of the body through your bowel movements.
8 a.m.: Green juice in the morning. Green juices will provide phytochemicals found in vegetables and fruits that have been shown to have cancer-preventive effects. They are pure natural wisdom, turning on the genes that create health and silencing the genes that create disease.
10 o’clock: Vegetable soup. This broth is rich in micronutrients that the body needs for repair. Includes one tablespoon of MCT oil and coconut oil for ready fuel and maintenance of nutritional ketosis.
11am: Smoothie (optional). Your morning smoothie is packed with phytonutrients and good fats.
1pm: Salad lunch. When buying organic vegetables for salads, rinse leafy greens and vegetables and remember that their stems and leaves are rich in soil-borne probiotics. Do not use any commercial vegetable rinse. You can choose seeds and nuts to sprinkle on your salad. Remember vegetable protein! Broccoli has more protein per calorie than beef! On this plan, you’ll want to avoid eggs. Keep protein intake below 28 grams per day. 50 almonds contain about 14 grams of high-quality protein and plenty of good fat!
3pm: Afternoon snack (optional). If you’re feeling hungry, put some tapenade on a celery stalk or eat a handful of nuts or seeds.
6pm: Dinner A light, fiber-rich meal to provide nutrients for your flora. Dinner should be warm so it is easier to digest. Make sure your dinner includes healthy fats: a spoonful of hummus (which contains nearly 1/4 ounce of protein), tapenade, leafy greens sautéed in vegetable broth or coconut oil, and a spoonful of guacamole. Make sure you eat all your food for the day by 6pm. This will give you a full 18 hours of overnight fasting to allow cells to enter a state of autophagy and recycle useful amino acids.
To make your dish more delicious, you can add nuts, seeds, healthy oils, and fresh or dried herbs. Flaxseed oil or extra virgin olive oil should only be used for dressing and dressing salads, not for cooking because they break down when heated. When cooking, use only coconut oil as it resists high temperatures.
Never boil or overcook vegetables as this will destroy the fiber and destroy phytonutrients and vitamins. Instead steam vegetables or sauté them in vegetable broth with herbs. Or grill with coconut oil, but don’t burn it. Or eat it raw, drizzled with healthy oils.
Daily Supplements:
DHA
ALA
turmeric
Vitamin B12
Vitamin C
Vitamin D3
Coconut oil and MCT oil: 2 tablespoons each morning and afternoon.
Coenzyme Q10
multivitamins
zinc
magnesium
calcium citrate
