#Egg Cleaning Method – A simple and effective cleaning ritual

I was taking a meditation class recently, and since I cried every time I meditated, my teacher was also wondering why I always cried…. So she recommended the whole egg cleansing method to me.
This method is suitable when your energy is exhausted, you may be in a difficult situation, or you are experiencing some bad luck. The egg cleanse can help get rid of negative energy.
There are many variations of the egg cleaning method, which originated in ancient cultures around the world, including Mesoamerica, Greece, and Scotland. People now use egg cleansing to get rid of bad or negative energies in themselves or their loved ones that may be weighing them down.
If you’re feeling unlucky, sad, or even just a little “off,” you might do an egg cleanse.
You can do the egg cleansing method on yourself, or you can do it on others.

How to Perform the Egg Cleaning Method
Wash the eggs with salt water and lemon juice. Cleansing the egg removes any negative energy it may have collected. Add a spoonful of salt to a glass of water and add a squeeze of lemon juice. Gently wash the eggs in water. Rinse the eggs with clean water and pat dry gently with a towel.
Pick up a clear glass and fill it about 1/4 with tap water.
Set an intention for the eggs before cleaning. Take your egg, hold it in your hands and let it warm up slightly. Blow or speak your intention over the egg, mentioning any negative energy you want to get rid of through this cleansing. You can say this:
“Through this cleanse, I will be free of negative energy.”
“Through this cleanse, I will clear out negative energy and prepare myself for better things.
“With this cleanse, my luck will change.”
- Begin by sitting or lying down in a comfortable position with an egg in one hand. Rub the egg along the back of your head, then move it to your ears and face. Close your eyes and rub the egg along your eyelids and then on your lips.
If you want to add a little more ambience, turn off the lights and light candles.
Focus on releasing any negative energy into the egg. Eggs pull and absorb negative energy from your body.
- Move the egg slowly in clockwise circles along your body. From head to toe, imagine the egg pulling negative energy out of yourself. Move the eggs to release any bad energy. You can say an affirmation when you do this, or you can simply keep your mind blank.
If you are egg cleaning someone else, carefully draw the egg in small circles along their body. Move slowly from head to toe and keep them calm so you can focus on releasing negative energy.
If the egg cracks during cleaning, start over with a new one.
- After cleaning the eggs, carefully break the eggs into the glass and try to keep all the egg yolks together. Let the eggs settle for 5 to 10 minutes so you can look at the water and interpret the results.
The results will tell you how much negative energy you experienced, and they may even tell you what caused it.

Interpreting Eggs
Look through the glass, not down. After letting the eggs settle, place the glass on the table so you can see it directly. Check the shape of the yolk, the shape of the egg white and the color of the water. It can then be interpreted according to the following guidelines.
- Smelly water or blood means there may be bad spirits around you. Blood or water that smells bad is a sign that someone has used magic on you. It can also mean having a disease or an illness that has not yet been discovered.
Do a second egg cleanse to get rid of the bad spirits completely.
If you are concerned about illness, make an appointment with your doctor.
- There are bubbles, which means negative energy is absorbed into the egg. Bubbles or egg whites in the water mean the cleanup was successful. It could also mean you’ve been experiencing gas or indigestion, often due to stress.
If you see big bubbles or balloons in the water, it means the eggs have absorbed a lot of negative energy. This could also be a sign that you need to do a second cleanse to completely get rid of your negative energy.
A white spider web means you are stuck in a confusing situation that is causing you pain.
Needles or spikes mean there is someone around you with evil intentions. They may be “energy vampires,” sucking your energy away. Or they just hope you don’t succeed or achieve your goals.
Seeing a face in the yolk means you have an enemy. They may be jealous of you or think negatively of you. Try to decipher who the egg looks like, as this will give you insight into who is causing you pain.
Clear water means you have no negative energy. If the water and eggs look completely normal, there is no negative energy to draw from your body. What you’re feeling may be due to other reasons, but there’s no need to do another egg cleanse.

Handling Eggs
Whatever you do, don’t eat the eggs! I know it seems like a waste of a good egg, but regardless, now it’s all mixed in with the water. Plus, all the negativity you purged from your body was in that egg, so it’s now a bad egg. Many people will recommend flushing the eggs down the toilet, but the best method is to simply flush them down the kitchen sink and bury the shells in the soil so they can compost.
