The winter solstice of December 22, Yule, is traditionally considered the day when God the Father is reborn. For the northern hemisphere, this day is the shortest day and the longest night. It also symbolizes that today we can repair and balance the energy of the year, plant the seeds of hope for the new year, and be reborn.
